LONG TERM AGREEMENT FOR VARIOUS DATA SCIENCE CONSULTING SERVICES (Extended Submission Deadline)

 

 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites companies/ firms to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Long Term Agreement for Various Data Science Consulting Services For the NEDA-UNDP Strategic M&E Project and Other UNDP Requirements.

UNDP Philippines seeks to engage Data Science Firms through a long-term agreement (LTA) for two (2) years. The Data Science Firms will provide consulting services to UNDP on: a) development of strategies for building its and its partners’ capacity for data; b) development and implementation of data engineering and data management systems for specific projects, activities, or other requirements; c) advice on and/or application of data storytelling and data visualization techniques; and d) advice on and/or application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

This proposed LTAs will not only cover the requirements of the NEDA-UNDP Strategic M&E Project but also designed to be applicable to the other projects or uses of UNDP.

The abovementioned event shall be accessible to all interested participants starting 23 March 2019 to 3 May 2019. Deadline of submission of bids will be on 3 May 2019, 4:00 PM, Philippine Time.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
