| Overview : UNDP is looking for International Consultant on the development of the synthesis report and a factsheet/policy brief to the 6NR. This TOR specifies objectives, scope of work and the task in this update process. Under the technical guidance and supervision of the UNDP Viet Nam and the Biodiversity Conservation Agency, Viet Nam Environment Agency, the international consultant provides technical support to the development of the sixth national report on biodiversity. The scope of work includes: - Develop a synthesis report to the final 6NR
- Develop a factsheet/policy brief to the final 6NR
Specific tasks include: - Prepare an outline for the synthesis report to the final 6NR.
- Prepare the synthesis report to the final 6NR after the outline has been agreed by UNDP and BCA/MONRE. The synthesis report should be clear, concise and concrete summarising all key information of the 6NR. The synthesis should be between 20 and 30 pages.
- Prepare an outline for the factsheet/leaflet to the final 6NR.
- Prepare the factsheet/leaflet to the 6NR after the outline has been agreed by UNDP and BCA/MONRE. The factsheet/leaflet should be less than 3 pages, highlighting key figures of the 6NR as well as policies on biodiversity.
Work with a national consultant to get additional information/data if needed for the preparation of the synthesis report and the factsheet/leaflet.
