| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Technical Advisor on POP and Sound Harmful Chemicals Management in Vietnam (Ref. 3-190501). The National Technical Advisor (NTA) is expected to have two main functions:
- Assist National Project Director (NPD)/ Deputy National Project Director (DNPD) in the overall project implementation;
- Project Quality Assurance (QA) and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
