Overview :

 

UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (UNDP) - Country Office Suriname requires the services from individuals for the assignment of an advisor on communication and advocacy.

 In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit a proposal (quotation) accompanied by a resume and P11 History form for this particular assignment. Please state clearly your availability for this assignment. 

 To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached here to the following: 

a)      Term of Reference

b)      P11 form for completion;

c)       Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability

 

Please be guided by the Terms of Reference in preparing your proposal, which must be submitted in English no later than 31 May 2019 at 24:00hrs SUR Time to the address below:

In submitting your proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the e-mail address and the deadline as mentioned above.  Proposals that are received by the UNDP after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Before submitting your proposal by e-mail, kindly ensure that it is signed and send in the pdf format.

 

Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the proposal with the requirements of the ToR. The Proposal that complies with all of the requirements, meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money, shall be selected and awarded the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
