| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who facilitate the two new global CoPs on Energy and Environment. The Facilitator will report to the Policy Specialist: Community and Network Management in the Knowledge Management team, and will work closely with colleagues in the Energy, Climate and Natural Capital and Environment teams in the GPN.
