| Overview : The company is expected to work on the development of the Monitoring and Evaluation System including the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment of the Monitoring and Evaluation System. The company will work closely with Meteo Rwanda to further define and refine the detailed requirements for the system. The company must submit a work plan proposal which describes the overall approach and methodology that will be used in conducting the work described in these Terms of Reference. |
