| Overview : The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) building on the existing programme and work, is looking to combine all its Myanmar work under the Digital@UNCDF strategy Myanmar. UNCDF intends to beef up the team on the ground to support the implementation and various engagements under this Digital@UNCDF strategy. One of the expertise that is critical to the delivery of the new strategy is, people with strong background and understanding of digital and finance. This role would drive the work related to digital finance in Myanmar and support in building portfolio that would allow to raise UNCDF profile in Myanmar. . The consultant will have the responsibility for supporting the implementation of in-country activities and for the initial period of the contract would specifically focus on a few of the key deliverables as listed out in this ToR.
