| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking 01 qualified local consultancy firm to develop assessment tool and conduct a survey for the EU Justice and Legal Empowerment Programme (Ref. 2-190601). The objective of the assignment is to: - Develop a participatory, rights-based, child and gender sensitive tool for assessing community-based dispute resolution;
- Conduct a survey to assess current situation of dispute settlement mechanism, in particular the mediation at commune and grassroot level at 3 provinces.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
