The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to   Bid (ITB) for Supply, Installation, Testing, Training and After Sales Services of Tractors, Compost Turner, Roll of compost Fleece, Digital Thermometer, under Procurement Ref No. and Event ID No. ETH0352.

 If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB (eTendering System Bid Data Sheet). The ITB Bid document, Specification and UNDP eTendering-User Guide for Bidders are available on UNDP ATLAS eTendring System (The link is provided below).

  Your Bid should be submitted in accordance with the ITB requirements, through UNDP ATLAS eTendering system and by the deadline indicated in: https://etendering.partneragencies.org.

 In the course of preparing and submitting your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it is submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. In case of any discrepancies deadline indicated in the eTendering system shall prevail.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to info.procurementet@undp.org, indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system not later than 17 July 2019. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.
