| Overview : BackGround: The Spotlight Initiative (SI) Programme is a joint initiative of the United Nations system and the European Union in partnership with the Government and civil society of Liberia to contribute to the elimination of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), harmful practices (HPs) and obstacles to access to sexual and reproductive health rights. EU/UN Spotlight Initiative, The Government of Liberia/United Nations Joint Programming Initiative to Prevent and Respond to Sexual and Gender Based Violence and Harmful Traditional Practices (HTP) in Liberia. UN WOMEN plans to engage Responsible Party (Implementing Partners/Responsible Party) as defined in accordance with these documents. UN WOMEN now invites sealed proposals from qualified proponents for providing the requirements as defined in the UNWOMEN Terms of Reference. Proposals must be received by UN WOMEN at the address specified not later than 5:00 PM Liberian time on August 13, 2019.
