Overview : BackGround: The Spotlight Initiative (SI) Programme is a joint initiative of the United Nations system and the European Union in partnership with the Government and civil society of Liberia to contribute to the elimination of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), harmful practices (HPs) and obstacles to access to sexual and reproductive health rights. UN WOMEN plans to engage Responsible Party (Implementing Partners/Responsible Party) as defined in accordance with these documents. UN WOMEN now invites sealed proposals from qualified proponents for providing the requirements as defined in the UNWOMEN Terms of Reference.
