| Overview : UNDP is seeking for 02 National Consultants for Consultancy service for a study on Public Investment Disbursement: key bottlenecks and actions for improvements. The overall objective of the consultancy service is to contribute to Viet Nam’s efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of its public investments for achievement of Viet Nam’s SDGs. Concretely, this study aims at supporting central government, line ministries and local governments as well as project management boards/units in (i) identifying the key legal/regulatory, institutional and operational bottlenecks in delivery and disbursement of public investment projects and (ii) undertaking actions to ensure timely pubic investment project delivery and disbursement.
