| Overview : United Nations Volunteers (UNV) Bonn, Germany hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) 0093334: LTA with local vendor for SalesForce implementation and support. The purpose of the present bidding is to conclude Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Services. The successful supplier will provide strong technical expertise and delivery on SalesForce (ServiceCloud, SalesCloud). The tasks will range from designing architecture, provide recommendations, implement the changes, troubleshoot incident and problems, develop technical guides and share knowledge. The work will be delivered on site in UNV Bonn premises. This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system (interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents).
