The UN Coordination function covers both countries Mauritius and Seychelles and resident in Mauritius.
With the Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO) stationed in Mauritius and not Seychelles, it’s not easy to coordinate and support the secretariat of the steering committee for the implementation of the first UN and Government Strategic Partnership Framework (SPF 2019-2023); including development of a joint work plan and M&E plan
The RCO is therefore looking for a Consultant to follow up and support the secretariat of the steering committee for the implementation of Strategic Partnership Framework 2019-2023 and support elaboration of the joint work plan and M&E.
Objective and Scope
Effective support to the Secretariat of the SPF Steering Committee for the implementation of Strategic Partnership Framework 2019-2023 and support to development of joint work plan and M&E plan.
Expected Outputs and Deliverables
- A clear workplan to support the key activities
- A functional SPF Steering Committee Secretariat
- Support to the elaboration of the SPF joint work plan and the Monitoring &Evaluation plan
- Reports of meetings, workshops and incoming missions
- Background notes, briefing notes etc
Duration of the work
The assignment will be for a maximum of 60 working days from 01 September to 31 December 2019.
Duty Station
The consultant will be based in Seychelles.
