The intended software will be an online data capture and visualization platform that will allow citizens to upload their monitoring reports and live stream their monitoring activities online for public viewing and allow government personnel to respond to issues raised by the citizen reports to fast track project implementation, thereby fostering a state-society partnership that is participatory, transparent, and ultimately democratic. The developer will enhance the data capture and visualization platform customized for 3 national programmes. The platform should also have an interface wherein the administrators can simply customize the system for other programmes in the future.
