| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a National Institutional Consultancy Service to develop an ICT tool for collecting data on multi-dimensional poverty. Objective of consultancy service is to develop an ICT tool for on-line collecting households’ multidimensional poverty data for Viet Nam, based on the already developed set of indicators/questionnaires that have been developed by MOLISA/GSO. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Proposal (RFP) with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria are in the attached files.
