Frame R/T with fittings, size 22”. The frame should be heavy duty manufactured from ERW steel tubes and subjected to impact tests. Fork
Front Fork with fittings, size 22" Raleigh type or Phillips type. The Fork should be manufactured from ERW steel tubes. Mudguard
Rear and front mudguard manufactured from C.R strips. The mudguards should be fitted with nuts and 4-m/g stays and reflector for easy night riding. Carrier
The Bicycle should be supplied with heavy duty carrier with rust proof and heavy duty designed for carrying very heavy loads. Should be manufactured from C.R angle and flat rivets complete with fittings. Handles
The handle should be manufactured from ERW steel tubing, nickel chrome plated and fitted with eye bolts, washers, handle lever plungers, springs, expander bolt and PVC grips. Pedals:
A pair of pedals in black color with chrome plated fittings, heated cups, cones, pedal axle, fitted with reflector. Brakes:
The Brakes should be nickel chrome plated R/T center pull brakes front and rear with fitting and long wire, molded brake rubbers and a set of four. Chain wheel and crank
Chain wheel and crank – 46T x 7" steel forged 7' Crank, polished and nickel chrome plated from C.R steel. Hubs:
front and rear hub 32/ 40-hole hubs, nickel chrome plated with hardened cups / cones and high carbon steel balls with auto black axles. Chain Cover:
Pressed from C.R sheet, chemical rust –proof and stove painted to give good finish. Saddle:
90 x 3 PVC top seat with molded parts, rust free proofed and stove painted. Chain
112 links ½ x 1/8" Chain, hardened and rust proof, produced to withstand heavy load test. BB axle
Forged from alloy steel, heat treated, grinded to precision. Wheels
