| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites national and/or international CSOs/NGOs to submit information for potential partnership with UNDP in and the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP) in delivering outputs under the project “Strengthening Conservation and Incentives for Wildlife Conservation in the Western Forest Complex,” requiring expertise and experience in the area of Environmetnal Education and Outreach, as follows: - Working with the youth groups in the seven Karen communities in Tung Yai Naresuan West Wildlife Sanctuary to organize nature camps with urban youths to enable exchanges of experiences and understanding between the two groups towards the interlinkages and benefit of ecosystems and the World Heritage Site;
- Developing innovative environmental education packages with social marketing tool kits to enhance public understanding on scientific proven knowledge of indigenous code of practices which go hand in had with conservation;
- Establishing a platform for dialogues and exchanges on the value of natural resources in the World Heritage Site in the Western Forest Complex to create more understanding and participation among youth groups, rangers, experts, and the general public.
