Overview :

We hereby invite qualified International Consultants to submit quotations for the preparation of the Suriname Global Climate Change Alliance Phase 2 Project.

To apply for this consultancy, please complete and submit the following documents:

  • your motivation letter for applying for this consultancy;
  • quotation
  • offerer confirmation of interest (see attached)
  • P11 form (see attached)

in order to prepare documents for applications, we share with you the following documents:

  1. Terms of Reference (TOR)
  2. Annex 1: Draft EU Action Document;

  3. Annex 2: UNDP project document template;  

  4. Annex 3: Outline communication and visibility plan

     

 All documents must be submitted in English no later than October, 3, 2019 at 24.00h SUR Time via mail or email to:

In submitting your documents, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that they reach the e-mail address and the deadline as mentioned above.  Documents that are received by the UNDP after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Before submitting your documents by e-mail, kindly ensure that it is signed and send in the pdf format.

Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance with the requirements of the TOR. The offer that complies with all of the requirements of the TOR, meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money, shall be selected and awarded the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
