Submission: All applications must be clearly marked with the title of the consultancy (Electoral Technical Specialist – Nauru Electoral Support Project) with reference (and submitted by 19 October 2019 (New York Time)) via e-tendering under Event ID 0000004568.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pacific Office in Fiji hereby invites you to submit a proposal to this Individual Consultancy for Electoral Technical Specialist for Nauru Electoral Support Project under the Effective Governance Programme.

To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached here to the following:

b) The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;

c) The Offerors Letter of Confirmation of Interest, Availability and submission of financial proposal, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and
