| Overview : The UNDP Multi-country office for Cook Islands, Niue, Samoa and Tokelau invites interested applicants to submit proposals for the individual consultancy for Social and Environmental Safeguards Specialist for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Samoa “Integrated Flood Management to Enhance Climate Resilience for the Vaisigano River Catchment” Project (GCF-VCP) Interested individual Consultants must submit ALL the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications; 1. Proposed preliminary work plan (covering deliverables, key activities); 2. Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP (Annex I); 3. Personal CV and P11 (Annex II), indicating all experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references; 4. Financial proposal that indicates the all-inclusive price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided (Annex III).
