Overview :

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Solar Intervention Mapping to Supporting Resilient Livelihoods and Food Security in Yemen joint programme (ERRY II)  by reviewing the attached bid document. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached to the RFP document.

A pre-Bid conference meeting to answer technical clarification request.

Time:  11:00am. (Sana'a time GMT +3)

Address: 60st near to the Ministry of Human Right,Sana’a , Yemen 

 

Note: If the time and venue of the pre-bid changes it will be reflect in e-tendering portal and in the UNDP website: www.procurement-notices.undp.org (YEMEN) under the reference of this bid.

Quotations must be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org),The bidders requested ONLY to adhere the exact deadline time mentioned in the E-tendering website (https://etendering.partneragencies.org).

The Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE  and uploaded separately in the system and clearly named as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate. Each document shall include the Proposer’s name and address. The file with the “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” must be encrypted with a password so that it cannot be opened nor viewed until the Proposal has been found to pass the technical evaluation stage. Once a Proposal has been found to be responsive by passing the technical evaluation stage, UNDP shall request the Proposer to submit the password to open the Financial Proposal. The Proposer shall assume the responsibility for not encrypting the financial proposal.

 

 Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.  You must use your username and password to submit bids via the online eTendering system to the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org.  If you have not registered in the system before, you may register now by logging in and using the following temporary credentials:

Follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide or download the attached “eTendering Instructions Manual for Bidders” document. Upon your request UNDP will also provide videos for E-tendering registration guidance.

Bidders may send as many e-mails as needed; however, the size of each e-mail should not exceed five megabytes (5 MB). As an e-mail can take some time to arrive after it is sent, we advise all bidders to send e-mail submissions well before the deadline. Please be aware that bids e-mailed to UNDP will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified email address before the closing date.

 

Bidder should ensure that submitted offers do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected.

Bidders can compress the file through rar/zip file.
