Services/Work Description:                                Recruitment of Consultant for undertaking mid-term evaluation of Governance and Democratic Participation Programme (GDPP) – June 2017 – December 2021

Consultant Level:                                                    Level C (Senior Specialist) 

Duty Station:                                                            Addis Ababa with possible travel to regions.

Expected Places of Travel:                                   Determine during Inception Phase of the Assignment

Duration:                                                                   Four Months

Expected Start Date:                                              Immediately after Signing the Contract
