UNDP kindly requests you to submit your quotation for Rehabilitation of Medical Labs and Studying Halls of Pharmacy Department in Technical Institute in Northern Technical University in East Mosul, Ninawa Governorate, Iraq as detailed in this RFQ.
This RFQ includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the RFQ:

Non-acceptance of the terms of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall be grounds for disqualification from this procurement process.

Bidders, who are registered on the e-tendering will be able to download the complete bidding documents from the e-tendering website mentioned below.
Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
It shall remain bidder's responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Quotation must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.
Those companies, who are not registered in the e-tendering portal are requested to use the following temporary username and password for registration:

The site visit is mandatory and failure to attend the site visit on the above-specified date will automatically disqualify your offer from this competitive process.
