| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified Vietnamese firm/institue/organization to organize the First National Press Award for Disaster Prevention and Control in 2019 with the topic of “Mitigation of losses due to natural disasters - Proactive adaptation to climate change starting from the community” (Ref. 2-191101) In order to raise awareness, promote community, local authorities and stakeholders to participate more actively in disaster prevention, the Central Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Viet Nam in collaboration with relevant agencies will organize the Press Award "For the first year of disaster prevention and adaptation to climate change in 2019" with the theme: Mitigation of damage due to natural disasters - Proactive adaptation to climate change starts from the community. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
