Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for  Renovation and refurbishment work of LIUPC Project Office of UNDP at IDB Bhaban, as detailed in Annex 2 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached here to as Annex 1.

Quotations must be submitted on or before Sunday, December 15, 2019  (4:30 PM Bangladesh Standard Time)

 Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

password: why2change

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide.

If you have already registered before, sign in using the username and password. Use the “forgotten password” button if you do not remember your password. Make sure that your password has at least 8 characters, at least one in capital letters, and contains at least 1 number. Pre-Bid conference :

Venue: Village Well, 19th Floor, IDB Bhaban, Sher-e- Bangla Nagar, Dhaka (previously announced). But we are shifting the venue to Village Court meeting room, 12th Floor, IDB Bhaban, Sher-e- Bangla Nagar, Dhaka at the same time and date.
