Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Procurement of Event Management Service and Branding items for the ‘Bangladesh Development Forum’ event as detail in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. Quotations must be submitted on or before January 05, 2020 by 04:30 PM (Bangladesh Time) through online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org  using your username and password.

If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Your Quotation must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Quotation by clicking on “Accept Invitation” in the system (for e-tender submission). In the course of preparing and submitting your Quotation, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. NO submission will be accepted after the deadline. Kindly ensure attaching the required supporting documents with RFQ contract and for e-tendering system convert all the documents in pdf format which must be free from any virus or corrupted files. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.(briefly describe the goods and quantity) It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held at IDB Bhaban, (19th floor), meeting room, for the clarification on the bidding document and ToR on 31 December 2019 at 2.00 PM.

Note: Bidder needs to carry a valid Passport/NID/Credit or Debit card with photo/Original driving license in order to enter into IDB Bhaban for the pre-bid meeting.
