Dear Sir / Madam:

 

We kindly invite you to submit your Proposal in MKD, VAT presented separately for an upgrade and delivery of a Weapons Registration software in a sealed envelope to the address below:

 

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FINANCIAL OFFER MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE. Companies failing to meet this requirement will be disqualified. Your Proposal must be expressed in the English Language, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.

 

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline.  Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

 

A pre-tender meeting will be held at UNDP premises at the above address on

Tuesday, 21 January 2020 at 11.00 am.  The purpose of the meeting is to clarify the scope of services required.  All interested prospective service providers are kindly invited and highly encouraged to participate in the pre-tender meeting.   Please e-mail procurement.mk@undp.org to confirm your attendance to this meeting by Monday, 20th January 2020.
