Your Proposal must be expressed in the English Language, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. A pre-tender meeting will be held at UNDP premises at the above address on Tuesday, 21 January 2020 at 11.00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify the scope of services required. All interested prospective service providers are kindly invited and highly encouraged to participate in the pre-tender meeting.
