Overview :

In response to a series of disasters striking several regions in the country, the Government of Indonesia, with the support of The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), established the Indonesia Multi Donor Fund Facility for Disaster Recovery (IMDFF-DR) in 2010. In 2018 Indonesia was struck by two particularly severe natural disasters, one a 7.0 scale magnitude earthquake in West Nusa Tenggara on the 5th August and less than 8 weeks later – a 7.4 scale magnitude earthquake, followed by tsunami and a rare phenomenon known as soil liquefaction in Central Sulawesi. Taking into account the above situation, the Government of Indonesia decided to activate the IMDFF-DR as a financing facility to facilitate and coordinate the utilization grant funding contribution.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)  is currently implementing a project for Palu-Lombok Earthquake and Tsunami Recovery Assistance (PETRA) that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above mentioned subject. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following : a) The Terms of Reference (Annex I); b) Individual Consultant General Terms and Condition (Annex II); c) The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability (Submission Form/Annex III), which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and d) P11 Form/CV that you must complete and submit it duly signed. Should you be interested and decide to submit an offer for this assignment, kindly send them no later than 30 January 2020 at 23.59 PM (GMT+7) to bids.id@undp.org.
