| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 international consultant and 1 national consultant to conduct a terminal evaluation of the project Energy Efficiency Improvement in Commercial and High-Rise Residential Buildings in Viet Nam 01 International Consultant: 30 working days 01 National Consultant: 25 working days The objectives of the evaluation are (1) to assess the achievement of project results based on the project set targets and linkages of the actual results with UNDP country programme (relevant strategy/outcomes/outputs) and One Strategic Plan 2017-2021 (OSP), and (2) to draw lessons that can both improve the sustainability of benefits from this project and aid in the overall enhancement of UNDP country programme 2017 – 2021 (CPD), One Strategic Plan 2017-2021 (OSP), and recommendations for the new Programming Period.
