| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotations from a Local Firm or Individual for the rehabilitation of Seven (7) Autoclaves and Construction of 7 Ash Pits and training on the use of the autoclaves in Montserrado, Margibi, Bong, Nimba, Lofa and Maryland Counties as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotations, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. UNDP General Terms & Conditions are at Annex 3.
