• External drive – 2TB (Quantity: 8)
• Pendrives - 128 GB (Quantity: 8)
• System for visio conference (Quantity: 1)
• Printer /plotter A1 (Quantity: 1)
• ArcGIS software, Standard Including 3D Analyst Extension and Spatial Analyst Extension latest version(Quantity: 1)
• Autocad software latest version (Quantity: 1)
• DGPS/RTK GPS survey equipment, including software for analysis of data (Quantity: 2)
• Personal computer for GIS Mapping (Quantity: 2)
• High performance notebook (Quantity: 9)

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements
Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form
Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

The deadline for submission of quotations is 18 October 2021, 16 00 hrs Mauritius time (GMT +4)
