3. Pre-Bid meeting and a site Visit will be held at State Prison in Torit, Eastern Equatoria State on 26th April 2012, at 10.00hrs South Sudan time.
4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before14:00hrs South Sudan time on 07th May 2012. Late bids shall be rejected.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the address, date and time indicated in the Bidding Documents. |
