You are kindly requested to submit your quotation for labware and lab equipment within the framework of the UNDP Projects financing by Global Fund to fight AIDs, tuberculosis and malaria according to requirement below. Quotations should be submitted before close of business on 10th of May, 2012, 18:00 local time (Minsk, Belarus).
Duly signed and sealed quotations shall be sent with the reference to the number and/or subject of this RFQ to the fax number +375 17 2 26 03 40 or by e-mail attachment (a file in PDF format should not exceed 7MB, in the subject of letter please indicate the RFQ number UNDP/GFATM/LABSUP/327/2012 ) to the address tenders.by@undp.org or delivered in the envelopes duly signed with the reference to the number and/or subject of this RFQ to the address: 17 Kirov St. (6th floor), Minsk, 220030, Belarus, UN Office in Belarus, before 18:00 local time (Minsk, Belarus) on 10th of May, 2012.
Confirmation on the receipt of the submitted quotation could be received by phone call on number: +375 17 327 81 49 or +375 17 327 48 76.
The quotations received after the deadline set above shall be rejected and not considered.
If you need any additional information it shall be provided without delay; at the same time any delay in providing such information shall not be considered as the reason for postponing the deadline for submission your quotation.
