| Overview : The Procurement Support Office (PSO) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby solicits your proposal for provision of Translation and typesetting services of the Portuguese edition of UNDP’s Human Development Reports (HDRs) and typesetting of its Summaries.
The purpose of this present tender is to conclude Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with the successful Offerors for the period of three years. The successful Offerors shall provide the required high-quality Translation Services and shall be contracted for an initial period of 1 (one) year, with the contract renewable on an annual basis subject to satisfactory contract performance. UNDP intends to award one Primary LTA and one Stand-by LTA in the event that the primary LTA holder does not perform satisfactorily.
Your offer should comprise of the sample translation, a technical proposal and a financial proposal, in separate envelopes (one outer and three inner envelopes) plus their copies on on CD read-only media as noted in the Instructions to Offerors, clause 13.
