1. UNDP South Sudan hereby solicit your bid for the supply and Installation of warehouse steel shelves as follow:

LOT2: Supply and Installation of warehouse shelves for Nasir Warehouse Upper State
Each lot will be evaluated separately

Clarification or further information on the bid advertisement must be sought no later than the 24th of April 2012
4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2nd May 2012 at 11.00 am or send electronically to bids.juba@undp.org within the specified time. (Total size of email should not be more than 2MB). Late bids shall be rejected.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives, who chose to attend at the UNDP South Sudan on Friday 2nd May 2012 at 11:30 am Juba local time
6. This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm
