Section 1. Letter of Invitation The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The bidders are must to conduct the site visit for the complete understanding of the ToR/SOW. Attendance in Site Visit is optional, however bidders or his/her authorized representatives are encouraged to attend and examine the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to sending the formal bid to UNDP. The cost of visiting the site shall be at the bidder’s own expense. Failure to investigate the site shall not relieve the bidder from responsibility for his/her estimation of the offer price.
