| Overview :
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for provision of business education services in the Transnistrian region of Moldova, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (RfP- Annex III).
The general objective of the requested services is to deliver a comprehensive business education programme addressing trainers, beginner entrepreneurs, managers of existing SMEs, CEOs, local authorities and farmers on both banks.
The offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Provision of business education services in Transnistrian region of Moldova” should reach the UNDP office no later than 23 May 2012, 16:00, Moldova local time.
UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises a pre-bidding conference on 3 May 2012 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to Mrs. Natalia Djandjgava, Business Development Project Officer, natalia.djandjgava@undp.org by COB 2 May 2012. Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
