| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified National Consultant for assessment and analysis of scope of regulation, objects of regulation and principles of the LEP within Viet Nam legal system to make recommendations on revision of structure, principles and content of the LEP (Law on Environmental Protection).
The objectives of this assignment are to:
1. Identify and justify the gaps and inappropriateness of provisions on scope of regulation, objects of regulation and principles of the LEP;
2. Make justified recommendations for the revision of the LEP with emphasis on scope of regulation, objects of regulation, principles of environmental protection, structure of chapters, articles and contents of the revised LEP.
