The United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) in cooperation with the Palestinian Industrial Estates Free Zone Authority (PIEFZA), with funding from the Government of Japan, calls for sealed bids from eligible contractors to construct a retaining wall at the JAIP PV project site fully described in the technical specifications of the bidding documents.
