2. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the following address:

3. Pre-Bid meeting and a site Visit will be held for LOT 1: at State Ministry of Local Government and Law Enforcement, Bentiu, Unity State on 10th May 2012, at 10.00hrs South Sudan time.
4. LOT 2 and LOT 3: at State Ministry of Local Government and Law Enforcement, Bor, Jonglei State on 10th May 2012, at 10.00hrs South Sudan time.
5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before14:00hrs South Sudan time on 24th May 2012. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the address, date and time indicated in the Bidding Documents. |
