You are kindly requested to submit your quotation for computer equipment within the framework of the UNDP Projects “Introducing the Stop TB Strategy in Belarus with a particular focus on taking measures to combat multidrug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB)’ and “Prevention and Treatment of HIV/AIDS in the Republic of Belarus-2” before June 11, 2012, 18:00 local time (Minsk, Belarus).
The quotations shall be sent with the indication of a subject and number/reference of RFQ to the fax number +375 17 2 26 03 40 or by e-mail in PDF (a file in PDF format should not exceed 7MB, in the subject of letter please indicate the RFQ number UNDP/GIU/COMPUTER_EQUIPMENT/460/2012) to the address tenders.by@undp.by or delivered in the envelopes with the indication of a subject and number/reference of RFQ to the address: 17 Kirov St. (6th floor), Minsk, 220030, Belarus, UN Office in Belarus, before 18:00 local time (Minsk, Belarus) on the 11 June, 2012.
Confirmation on the receipt of the submitted quotation could be received by phone call on number: +375 17 327 81 49 or +375 17 327 48 76.
The quotations received after the deadline set above shall be rejected and not considered.
If you need any additional information it shall be provided without delay; at the same time any delay in providing such information shall not be considered as the reason for postponing the deadline for submission your quotation.
