Prospective offerors may obtain further information at the following email address: bid.queries.gfatm@undp.org. Bids must be delivered on or before 13:00 hours (Khartoum local time) on Thursday 14 June 2012. Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday 14 June 2012, at 14:00 hours (Khartoum local time), at the premises of UNDP in Garden City, Building # 290, Garden City, Khartoum in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives who choose to attend the opening.
