We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Recruitment of a firm for the Development of Standard Operating Procedures for Meteorological Agriculture and Water Products and Services as Well as Stakeholder Engagement.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
