| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified Senior International Expert for the research “International Comparative Analysis of Anti-Corruption Legislations: Lessons on sanctioning and enforcing mechanisms”.
The research will adopt a comparative legal analysis approach in order to examine Viet Nam with regards to the specific constraints it faces in combating corruption while sustaining its middle-income status into the future. In doing so, the paper will position Viet Nam in the context of an alternative agenda for pro-growth anti-corruption legislation that is well-equipped with implementable sanctioning and enforcement mechanisms.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
