RE-ADVERTISED The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for developing Rwanda’s Carbon Emission trading and readiness Framework under the Article 6 of Paris Agreement’’. This RFP includes the following documents: Section 1: This Letter of Invitation Section 2: Instruction to Bidders Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Section 4: Evaluation Criteria Section 5: Terms of Reference Section 6: Returnable Bidding Forms Your offer comprising of a technical, financial proposal, should be submitted electronically via e-Tendering Module at https://etendering.partneragencies.org, on or before 15th August 2022, 23:00 PM KIGALI TIME (or 5:00 PM New York Time) in accordance with the instructions in this document. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP directly online in the e-tendering system through the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFP.
