The Pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 13 March 2023 from 15:00 to17:00h hours (Belgrade Time). Attendance on pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. Bidders are requested to familiarize themselves with the RFP requirements, if possible, prior to Pre-proposal conference so the questions could be answered. The questions could also be sent after Pre-proposal conference but not later than 5 days prior to submission of proposals. Bidders are advised to upload bid documents and to submit their offer a day prior or well before the date and time indicated under the deadline for submission of Offers. Do not wait until last minute. If Bidder faces any issue during submitting offers at the last minutes prior to the deadline for submission, UNDP may not be able to assist on such a short notice and will not be held liable in such instance.
