The primary objective of this assignment is to engage a qualified consultancy firm to finalize the technical assessment and develop comprehensive design solutions for the restoration of the 2,000-ton capacity Cold Store at Aden Fishing Harbor. This includes ensuring the facility meets modern operational, environmental, and safety standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the thorough review, evaluation, Verifying and completing technical assessments of the cold store building and associated infrastructure of existing findings and recommendations, identification of technical, operational, sustainable, orsafety gaps, and the preparation of detailed engineering assessments and technical documents. The consultancy firm will be responsible for developing compliant, the assessment, developing conceptional design based on the findings and the assessment, design brief, and detailed designs, methodologies for installation, and preparing a complete set of technical documentation, such as calculations, design drawings, (BOQs), technical specifications, compliance sheets, timelines, scope of works, installation guidelines, testing and commissioning protocols, and draft tendering documents, all in accordance with international standards. Furthermore, the firm will provide essential technical support throughout all tendering, procurement, and implementation phases to ensure successful project delivery.
