The purpose of this service is to conduct a process-focused midterm evaluation of the United Nations Partnership on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNPRPD) Strategic Operational Framework (SoF) to gain a better understanding of the implementation of the following specific components: · Assess progress made by UNPRPD toward the SoF targets · Assess achievements by the Technical Secretariat towards the advancement of the operational review recommendations to implement the SoF · Assess the effectiveness, feasibility, and equity of newly established processes for joint programming to support the SoF The midterm evaluation will provide insight into the functioning of specific interventions introduced during the new SoF and indicate any areas for improvement to ensure UNPRPD is on track to achieve its vision, mission, and impact goal.
