Introduction : Introduction UNDP in partnership with the People’s Majlis implemented a Practice Parliament series in 2021 and 2022 with the aim of providing opportunities for women and young people to build their capacity and confidence to participate in democratic processes, become change makers in their communities and eventually, contest for elected positions. Building on the success of the previous programmes, UNDP and the People’s Majlis is seeking to hire the venue for the Practice Parliament series 2023. - Practice Parliament for Women (batch 1) is planned to be held from 12-18 February 2023 - Practice Parliament for Women (batch 2) is planned to be held from 26 February to 4 March 2023 - Practice Parliament for Youth is planned to be held from 11 – 17 June 2023 Purpose The purpose of these Terms of Reference is to provide the service specification for arranging the venue hire and catering services. The service provision of a conference package including meeting facilities and refreshments should be made available throughout the duration of the workshop by a company / hotel that can fulfill the required deliverables and criteria as stated in the attached Terms of Reference.
