Introduction : Spotlight Initiative (SI) is multi-year global programme initiated by the European Union (EU) and the United Nations (UN) in September 2017 to eliminate violence against women and girls (VawG). The Programme is currently implemented in 6 prioritised districts which are:Ntchisi, Dowa, Machinga, Nsanje, Mzimba and Nkhata Bay. SI Coordinators are housed in District council offices which are not in good condition. It is against this background that the SI Malawi programme planned to Renovate offices for its six District coordinators and construct two washrooms for its Ntchisi and Mzimba offices. It is against this requirement that the request is now being processed for the washrooms only because the offices have been renovated and completed. The UNDP Malawi Country Office therefore invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the construction of these washrooms in Ntchisi and Mzimba Districts.
